Full priced Items to be exchanged or refunded must be returned in saleable condition including original packaging with a valid receipt within 28 days from the date of purchase.
All Sale items (including discounted) are exchangeable only when we are contacted with the return request within 7 days of the date of purchase.
Returns shipping is the responsibility of the sender unless the item is faulty.
Pierced earrings including earring pendants are non-refundable and nonexchangeable for reasons of hygiene and safety, unless faulty.
Please retain your original receipt to guarantee the manufacturing warranty on your product. This does not affect your statutory rights.
